A 30 g portion of our organic oat flakes provides you with 1.5 g of beta-glucans, fiber naturally present in oats and many other cereals. Maybe you didn't know but taking beta-glucans contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels! The beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley and barley bran or from special beta-glucan mixtures. The delicate flavor of organic oat flakes makes them perfect for enriching yogurt, vegetable soups, broths and consommés.

COMPOSTABLE  - The internal bag is made from an innovative material composed of vegetable substances, totally biodegradable and compostable (according to the European standard UNI EN 13432) and “OK Compost” certified. Thanks to its characteristics, this material, after use, can be disposed of in the waste bin and sent for composting.
