A 25g portion of our puffed oats provides approximately 1.2g of beta-glucans, fiber naturally present in oats and many other cereals. Its lightness makes it perfect both dipped in milk and yogurt, and it is also excellent in combination with fruit salads or salads. Maybe you didn't know but the intake of beta-glucans contributes to the maintenance of normal levels of cholesterol in the blood: the beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley and barley bran or from special mixtures of such beta-glucans.
