IRIS organic durum wheat pasta is produced with grains carefully selected from each new harvest to ensure a product with a high nutritional value and perfect cooking quality. Also available in 5kg format for Horeca. Suitable for double cooking.

Made in accordance with traditional Italian methodology using bronze drawing in order to obtain a more rough and porous dough, ideal to absorb and enhance sauces.
