Reishi mushroom, in China known as ling zhi, means "mushroom of immortality". It is a wild mushroom which grows on rotted logs and tree trunks.

Use
Recommended daily intake is from 3-10g (1-3 teaspoons). It can be prepared in teas, fruit juices or vegetable juices. We recommend consuming it in the morning on an empty stomach, in combination with vitamin C.
