Gluten-free pasta made with 100% organic rice and royal quinoa. With an exceptional 'al dente' texture, create authentic pasta dishes suitable for coeliacs. Now in plastic-free packaging, which can be fully recycled in the cardboard and paper bin.

Royal Quinoa originates from the Bolivian Altiplano at a height of almost 4,000 metres, next to the largest salt desert in the world, the Uyuni Salt Flats. The quinoa grain is harvested under production methods that do not harm the ecosystem, following the process of nature itself. Quinua Real is organic, gluten free and vegan.

Ingredients
Rice flour*(90%), royal quinoa flour* (10%).
* Organic farming
GLUTEN FREE.
May contain traces of soy.
Keep in a cool and dry place.

How to use
Use 1 to 2 litres of water per 100g. Bring the water to boil. Add the pasta and salt to taste. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Drain the pasta (do not rinse). Add the sauce and enjoy it.
