Tricolour Quinua Real® combines white, black and red quinoa from organic farming. Quinua Real® comes from the Bolivian salt marsh of Uyuni located at more than 3.600 meters of altitude and its nutritional importance has long been recognised by pre-Columbian civilizations. Often treated as a grain, quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is in fact a seed which contains all the essential amino acids, oligo elements and vitamins. It is gluten free, a good source of fibre and  rich in calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and manganese.

How to use
Combine one part quinoa with two parts water and cook in low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. It can also be prepared in a Chinese rice cooker in the same proportion. Quinoa can substitute rice in  most dishes. In Hong Kong it is commonly eaten in combination with rice.
