This coffee is grown at over 1,300m in the tropical rainforest of the Selva Alta in Peru. Round with a beautiful balance between body and acidity with delightful chocolate notes.

The COOP Oro Verde is a big family with no less than 550 small coffee producers. Peru has become a leading exporter of fair trade and organic coffee, where it reached a high level of sophistication and successfully replaced coca plantations!

All Alter Eco coffees are from family and organic farming. No GMOs or pesticides were used in their production.
